The Acosta Project is a great example of a natural pool lagoon design. This natural pool looks just like a tropical lagoon with a boulder waterfall. The pool has a beautiful Pebble Tec finish that not only adds beauty but will last for many years. An important distinction is that we used actual boulders for this project rather than artificial boulders constructed with gunite.

The raised stone spa with rocky waterfall return blends into the natural pool design. Tropical landscaping including several varieties of palm trees adds to the natural pool. The pool deck is constructed using flagstone and pebble-finished concrete that is beautiful and prevents slipping when wet. The covered outdoor kitchen rounds out the design to complete a perfect outdoor living environment.

At All Star Pools, the term “natural pool” is used when the pool design attempts to incorporate features that a natural pond or lagoon might have such as boulders, plants and beach entry. Typically, true natural pool designs rely on aquatic plants and bacteria inside them for water filtration. Our natural pool designs incorporate modern filtration systems and do not utilize plant or organic filtration.
