Thank you so much for another wonderful pool building experience! After how pleased we were with the first pool you built in our last home, we didn’t think we could be any more pleased. But you managed to surpass our expectations once again – and believe me, that is hard to do. We have told everyone we know about your services and will continue to let this community know what exceptional quality work your company performs.

I’ve wanted to write this letter for the last four years but something always got in the way. I want to thank you for the GREAT job you and your crew did on our Pool, or as we call it, “The Backyard Oasis!” We have been so pleased with everything you did for us in June of 2005 in building us such a great pool. The fact you were able to build it in only 17 days makes it even more amazing. Our 5 children continually use both the pool and spa throughout the long hot summers that we have here in Kingwood.

Just a short note to tell you how much we are enjoying our new pool. The results of your firm’s hard work are fantastic. There was always someone from Allstar at the house, throughout the construction and any concerns I had were addressed quickly. I know this was a complicated project with the various elevations and custom design and we are very happy with the result. Please pass along my thanks to Luis and Mark as well as everyone from All Star did a great job.

It has been a pleasure working with All Star Pools on transforming our backyard. We were nervous about taking on such an extensive project but your team quickly put us at ease. The professionalism of your crew was exceptional and their work was impeccable. We love to entertain and everyone that sees your work has nothing but compliments to give. Thanks for helping make our backyard our personal “oasis”.

This letter is to thank you for the great work you did finishing our pool.

As you know on April 24, 2008, we signed a contract with [another pool builder], to build my wife’s dream of having a pool. We had previously had [the other pool builder] out three times in several years to give us bids but did not feel comfortable, financially, to commit until last year. Since we had built a trusting relationship with [them] we felt good and safe about our decision to use him.

Unfortunately, he left us without finishing our pool and left us over $35,000 in debt with a dangerous 9 ft. hole and a yard full of harmful debris. Promises were made and broken time and time again with Ken over the next year. My wife was devastated. In retrospect, we should had realized that with his low bid that no one could build a pool that size at that price but we were trying to maximize our dollar.

Reluctant to give money to another pool contractor and out of money we searched for someone we could trust the next year. We contacted several pool companies. We still weren’t comfortable signing another contract with anyone after losing so much money.

We have lived in Kingwood for 17 years and my wife is a school teacher at Woodland Hills Elementary. Through the teachers at her school she heard that an ex-student’s father was in the pool business. We felt because she had a friendship with the student’s mother we should get this company All Star Pools in Porter to give us a bid.

All Star came out to see what could be done. The bid they gave us was very fair considering the amount of work that remained and both Eddie and Mark seemed caring. The work was done on time, the contractors they used were top-notch and trustworthy. They were always here to supervise when work was done.

I cannot say enough about this team. Thanks to you we now have a new faith in pool contractors in Kingwood and we are finally swimming over a year later. We are so satisfied with your work. You have delivered on everything you promised, plus. We both feel very comfortable to say that your company will go to any length to make sure you are satisfied. Thanks again for making my wife’s dream come true.

All-Star Pools of Kingwood recently constructed a magnificent 30,000-gallon pool with spa and fountains at our home and we could not have asked for a more professional relationship! Eddie Bajalieh and his All Star crew worked quickly and efficiently in the installation process and produced one of the most beautiful works I have ever seen. It is truly a showpiece at our home. It is my understanding that in general, once a pool has been installed, the homeowner is “on his own,” but in our case, Mr. Bajalieh has gone above and beyond what anyone would expect in professional service.

I just wanted to send you and the guys a big “THANK YOU” for helping to fulfill our dream. The pool you built and designed is absolutely perfect! There is nothing we could have wanted any different and your finished product is nothing short of breathtaking. We get compliments from everyone!! Your workmanship, coupled with your service, puts you at the top of our family’s list as one of the most pleasurable and lasting experiences we’ve had to date and I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with all you’ve done.

My wife and I would like to express our deep appreciation for the pool remodeling and spa addition work All Star Pools performed in our home. We had our original pool built by one of the largest pool builders in the Nation. We chose them based on the assumption that their longevity in business and vast presence as a national builder was synonymous with customer care and quality. However, our overall experience was not in line with our expectations. From the beginning, their focus was on the sale and not on the customer.

I wanted to let you know what a joy our new pool by All Star Pools has been! The addition of our pool and spa have made our summer so enjoyable!

Thank you for your gorgeous swimming pool design and meticulous eye for detail. As you know, I looked at other pool companies before choosing All Star Pools. I am so thrilled my decision. From day one you were here, on the job, watching over the crews and handling everything to a “T.” Having you here on a daily basis to ensure high quality work was worth its weight in gold. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication.

We just wanted to thank you, Mark and your entire crew for the fantastic job on the pool at our new home. We liked renovations done on the pool at our other home so we knew that we were going to go with All Star for this new pool. The size and complexity of this new pool with the long infinity edge, custom coping, and multiple intersecting curves was going to a real challenge but it went-off without a hitch and looks spectacular glistening back at us from onside the lake.

I wanted to thank you for our beautiful new pool! It’s amazing how it all just came together and it even looks better than we expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things went and just how incredibly professional all of your subcontractors were during different phases of the construction. Each of them were very courteous and such hard workers that we hardly knew they were there.

After our first meeting, I could tell that you ran your business in a very organized and professional manner and that you would go the extra mile to make sure everything got done as we envisioned. You did just that and more! We really enjoyed working with you and can’t wait to enjoy our beautiful new pool/spa.

I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed working with you and Jack on the pool construction. Your expertise in pool building was evident during the whole process. I really appreciate your time and effort, not only on help with ideas and selections, but also to make sure the pool was done quickly and completely. Karen and I are extremely happy with the finished product and glad we choose All Star Custom Pools for the pool at our new home.

Viengxay and I would like to express our sincerest thanks for the fantastic work you and your team have carried out, and all the efforts and patience you have invested to make this happen. With the limited timeframe and despite all the obstacles you guys have created truly something unique and beautiful. I have been busy with Joe being in the hospital over a week now. I haven’t had a chance to thank you for doing such a beautiful job on replastering our pool. You have gone way beyond the call of duty. Thank you for treating us like family.
