Swimming Pool Remodeling Recommendation

My wife and I would like to express our deep appreciation for the pool remodeling and spa addition work All Star Pools performed in our home. We had our original pool built by one of the largest pool builders in the Nation. We chose them based on the assumption that their longevity in business and vast presence as a national builder was synonymous with customer care and quality. However, our overall experience was not in line with our expectations. From the beginning, their focus was on the sale and not on the customer.

Our experience with All Star Pools was in stark contrast with our previous experience.  From the design phase, through the construction, and commissioning of the project we never felt  we were on our own. The two of you went above and beyond anything we could have expected.  We were most impressed by your personal level of involvement throughout the construction process, always ensuring that every phase of the construction was completed to our absolute satisfaction. Also, we were very impress by the overall quickness and efficiency of the
construction process.

The addition of the spa, new pumps, heater, salt system, associated computer control systems, and upgraded plumbing has significantly improved upon our original pool. We would recommend All Star Pools to any home owner who is seeking a flawless experience in the construction of a new pool, or like in our case, the extensive remodeling of an existing system.
