Dear Eddie and Mark,

This letter is to thank you for the great work you did finishing our pool.

As you know on April 24, 2008 we signed a contract with Aquatic Pool owner, Ken Horbelt, to build my wife's dream of having a pool. We had previously had Aquatic out three times in several years to give us bids but did not feel comfortable, financially, to commit until last year. Since we had built a trusting relationship with Ken we felt good and safe about our decision to use him.

Unfortunately, he left us without finishing our pool and left us over $35,000 in debt with a dangerous 9 ft. hole and a yard full of harmful debris. Promises were made and broken time and time again with Ken over the next year. My wife was devastated. In retrospect, we should had realized that with his low bid that no one could build a pool that size at that price but we were trying to maximize our dollar.

Reluctant to give money to another pool contractor and out of money we searched for someone we could trust the next year. We contacted several pool companies. We still weren't comfortable signing another contract with anyone after losing so much money.

We have lived in Kingwood for 17 years and my wife is a school teacher at Woodland Hills Elementary. Through the teachers at her school she heard that an ex-student’s father was in the pool business. We felt because she had a friendship with the student’s mother we should get this company All Star Pools in Porter to give us a bid.

All Star came out to see what could be done. The bid they gave us was very fair considering the amount of work that remained and both Eddie and Mark seemed caring. The work was done on time, the contractors they used were top-notch and trustworthy. They were always here to supervise when work was done.

I cannot say enough about this team. Thanks to you we now have a new faith in pool contractors in Kingwood and we are finally swimming over a year later. We are so satisfied with your work. You have delivered on everything you promised, plus. We both feel very comfortable to say that your company will go to any length to make sure you are satisfied. Thanks again for making my wife’s dream come true.
