As you know on April 24, 2008 we signed a contract with Aquatic Pool owner, Ken Horbelt, to build my wife's dream of having a pool. We had previously had Aquatic out three times in several years to give us bids but did not feel comfortable, financially, to commit until last year. Since we had built a trusting relationship with Ken we felt good and safe about our decision to use him.

Unfortunately, he left us without finishing our pool and left us over $35,000 in debt with a dangerous 9 ft. hole and a yard full of harmful debris.
